Went to court on an NRA instructor LTC case.  The same attorney for the sheriff showed up and again admitted that we are right.  Had an order all ready.  I argued that we should get costs, judge refused.  I really didn't think we would get them.  Breaking news, After my arguments, the arguments of the sheriff's attorney, the Sheriff's Association, and every other sheriff in the state, the County Counselor's office had an intern look up the law (after it has been on the books for nearly two years, in effect for nearly a year and a half, and implemented in Jackson county for over six months.)  The intern says that we are right.  Him they believe.  The sheriff's dept will implement the law in a few days, their attorney has to explain the facts of life to them.
