LEARN  TO  CARRY
Senate Bills 41 and 62
15 Feb 2007
This is the time to be in contact with your Senator. We had the Senate  Hearings on these two bills earlier this week and it went very well indeed.

Here's the link to finding your Senator:

http://www.senate.mo.gov/

just fill in your zip code in the search box.

Here is the link to easily contact them via email:

We need one change to make a good bill great!

The language below must be added to insure the "No Duty To Retreat"  applies to anyplace you might be forced to use self defense.

When calling, writing, or emailing our elected officials this message  *Must* be included in your correspondence.

"As it is now written, the No Duty To Retreat language covers you only while in your *home*!

In Sect 3 of both SB41 & SB 62 the language, "or anyplace else you are lawfully allowed to be" *Must* be added!

This covers parking lots etc, (IE; anyplace other than your home).

This language is already in the House version."

We are in favor of both bills, but this is the year to get the whole  apple, not just a big bite.

Your contact will make a difference.

Be Safe,
Tim Oliver
