Man wounded in attack at house

The victim was initially reported to have been shot, but officers later determined that he was actually stabbed or cut. Shots were fired during the incident that was reported about 8:40 a.m. Sunday in the 2300 block of East 71st Terrace.

Four male suspects were seen fleeing the area and may have left in a green Dodge. The victim suffered a head injury officers reported, but his condition was not immediately known.

About 30 minutes later, an injured man was dropped off at Research Medical Center and police were checking to see if there was a connection with the earlier incident.
