hotline. The Missouri Supreme Court issued a 5-2 decision on February 26 declaring the License to Carry law to be constitutional. However, there is some question on funding under the Hancock amendment specifically in Jackson, Camden, Green and Cape Girardeau counties. There remain questions as to effective dates, etc. Watch the web page at W M S A dot NET for current information. One of the requirements for obtaining a License to Carry concealed is completion of a certified training course which WMSA shall offer. Priority is for WMSA members, Pioneer Gun Club members and others with special needs.
