On September 11th, The Missouri House and Senate voted to override governor Holden's veto of the License to Carry bill. The bill will become law on October 11.   

One of the requirements for obtaining a permit is completion of a certified training course.  WMSA has been conducting NRA certified courses for over 10 years.  WMSA shall be offering courses to comply with the law.  If you would like to put on the list for that course, leave your name, phone number, email address and mailing address after the beep.

You may also be placed on the list by emailing that information to training@wmsa.net or completing the form on the web² site,  W M S A dot net N E T¹.  You will contacted when the course schedule is firm.  Watch the web site for current information.
