Amendment 5 (SJR 36) Passes!

Missourians passed Amendment 5, the amendment that strengthened Missourian’s firearm rights, passed by a wide margin. Office/Candidate Name Party Votes % of Votes Constitutional Amendment 5 3898 of 3898 Precincts Reported YES 602,076 60.97% NO 385,422 39.03% Total Votes: 987,498 The amendment takes effect as soon as the election is certified.
